Bookings for riding courses are subject to availability and must be made in advance. Payment for services is due at the time of booking or upon completion of the course, depending on the payment method you choose.
5. Cancellation and Rescheduling
We require a minimum notice period for cancellations or rescheduling of appointments. Failure to provide adequate notice may result in a cancellation fee or forfeiture of your deposit.
6. User Responsibilities
You are responsible for providing accurate information when booking courses and for adhering to our policies. Failure to follow our guidelines may result in the denial of service.
7. Health and Safety
It is your responsibility to inform us of any medical conditions or allergies before participating in any riding course. RidePro is not liable for any adverse reactions or health issues that may arise from your use of our services.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, RidePro is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services or your participation in our courses. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for any specific service.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Quebec, Canada. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our services will be resolved in the courts of Quebec.
